Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order for shipment. We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible; expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders will generally be sent via UPS or USPS, with standard delivery times between 3-7 days. We do not currently ship outside of the US at this time.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Creature of Habit does not currently accept returns unless your product arrives damaged, tarnished, or if it was a packing mistake on our end. That being said, we want you to be happy with your experience with us, so please reach out to help@cohselfcare.com with any issues.
